Rep. Mike Jurry Expands Community Support with L$500,000 Donation to Tubman University maintenance Unit.

As part of efforts to supporting the welfare of low-income employees at the William VS Tubman University, Harper District One Representative Hon P. Mike Jurry has presented a cheque valued at L$500,000 to the maintenance staff at the University.
According to the arrangement, beneficiaries will be required to participate in a mandatory three-month training program before receiving their respective portions of the funds. The initiative is intended to combine financial assistance with skills development and capacity building for the university's maintenance personnel.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the maintenance staff Tubman University Staff Association President Theophilus Fabulleh expressed appreciation to Representative Jurry, describing the contribution as a timely intervention that demonstrates his continued commitment to improving the lives of ordinary citizens and supporting the university community.
He noted that the gesture would not only benefit low-salary earners but also serve as motivation for the dedicated workers who play a vital role in maintaining the university's operations.
The donation added up to Representative Jurry many donations made since his arrival in the District and part of his plans efforts to supporting education and community development initiatives across Harper District. The cheque was officially presented to the university's Human Resources Manager for proper administrative processing
